In this foundational Reiki Level 1 class, you will be introduced to the Usui method of Reiki, a powerful energy healing practice that promotes balance and well-being. Through hands-on learning and guided instruction, you will explore the history and principles of Reiki, learn the basic hand positions, and receive your first attunement, allowing you to channel Reiki energy. This class is designed for beginners who want to learn how to use Reiki for self-healing and to support others on their healing journeys.

Building upon the foundation of Reiki Level 1, this Reiki Level 2 class deepens your understanding and practice of the Usui method. With additional attunements, you will develop a more profound connection to the Reiki energy, allowing you to work on a deeper level with clients, friends, and family.

In Sound Reiki, you will learn how to use tuning forks, vocal toning, and other sound tools in combination with Reiki energy to enhance the healing process. Drawing from the work of pioneers such as John Beaulieu, N.D., Ph.D., this class will provide hands-on experience in integrating sound and energy work for personal and professional healing practices. By the end of this course, students will be equipped to use Sound Reiki as a holistic modality for emotional, physical, and spiritual alignment.

In this introductory level, students will be introduced to the foundational principles of Peter Hess® Sound Massage. This hands-on course teaches participants how to use therapeutic singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. You’ll learn the basic techniques for administering sound massage, including how to use the singing bowls on the body and experience their effects.

Building on Level 1, this course shifts focus from the physical body to the bio-energetic field, exploring how sound vibrations interact with the human aura. Students will refine their sensitivity to subtle energies and learn advanced techniques for harmonizing and strengthening the aura using specialized bowls and gongs. The course emphasizes mental focus, grounding, and intuitive sound application.

In Level 3, participants expand their toolkit with advanced techniques, focusing on neuromuscular blockages and working with the joints and legs. The course introduces new sound massage elements designed for deeper relaxation and healing. Students will also explore holistic sound practices, including Chakra Sound Massage and Cosmic Sound Baths, with a focus on individualized client care. The final level prepares students for professional certification, focusing on the therapeutic and business aspects of sound massage. Students will learn to lead group sound sessions, create sound journeys, and address complex health issues through individualized treatment plans. Ethical considerations, legal implications, and business setup are also covered.

By learning to incorporate drums, rattles, knives, feathers, wands, and other sacred tools into your healing practice, you will be able to perform physical "Acts of Power" that help release energetic entanglements and unwanted attachments, while inviting new, higher vibrational frequencies. These tools, each blessed and cleansed, are used to deepen and expand the healing experience, enabling you to assist clients in severing old ties, removing blocks, and embracing new energetic pathways for holistic well-being.

Course Objectives

• Learn to use hoop drums, two-sided drums, and ocean drums for breaking up stagnant energy, pulling away cords, and activating chakras.

• Understand how rattles can summon lost soul parts and help reconnect clients with their Soul Song, using specific rattles for soul retrieval, energy pattern disruption, and heart-mind balancing.

• Incorporate knives/athames for ceremonial cord cutting, scraping away energetic attachments, and removing deeply rooted energy blocks.

This 4-hour class is designed for those looking to enhance their skills in working trade shows and fairs. You will learn how to set up an engaging booth, effectively communicate with potential customers, and perform demonstrations that draw interest. The course includes practical tips on booth design, customer interaction, and showcasing your products or services. Students will be required to work one show as part of their learning experience.

Cost: $150 (includes participation in one show).

This class is an introduction to preparing the sound practitioner for finding and working with opportunities within the allopathic medical field. Based on the instructor’s experience, we will explore possible scenarios in working safely and ethically with individual patients, what could go wrong, introducing our work to the staff, and to corporate medicine at large.  You will learn how to determine the best approach in working with a variety of patient needs, including hospice and support groups.

Whether you are a beginner or have prior experience, you will gain practical skills in flute playing, as well as learn techniques for incorporating these instruments into your healing or musical practice.

• Develop basic and advanced flute-playing techniques, including breath control, finger positioning, and creating melodies.

• Explore the role of the flute in sound healing and how to use its vibrational frequencies to promote relaxation and emotional release.

• Gain confidence in using the flute for personal meditation, group sound baths, or as a tool in your healing practice.

• Create a sacred relationship with your flute, learning how to cleanse and bless the instrument for healing use.
