In-Class Time - 75-hours minimum
Online Learning - 44 hours Minimum
Complete 30x student practitioner sessions. This includes 1/2 hr intake for time for the pre/post student session - 30 hours
Instructor sessions (give one, receive one) - 3 hours
Optional electives and practicum service hours, (additional fee) - 24 hours
Supervision Class then Closing & Graduation Ceremony - 6 hours
Total minimum hours required for the Foundations diploma: 180-hours.

In this hands on class, you will learn how to play both metal and crystal singing bowls in an effective manner, using a variety of different strategies. Different strategies will be covered for different intentions. We will dispel many of the myths around these instruments looking at the history of sound and of the manufacture of these beautiful instruments.

The Supervision Class is an integral part of the School of Sound program, designed to support students after completing 30 sessions of sound therapy fieldwork. In this course, students will present three detailed case studies based on their practical experiences, showcasing their evolving skills in sound therapy. Through peer engagement and instructor-led discussions, participants will receive constructive feedback, ideas for troubleshooting, and insights into refining their approach to working with clients.

Frequency: Discover what frequency really means and how to measure a variety of man-made and natural sounds with your cell phone.
Frequencyism: Learn what frequencyism is and how business has taken advantage of this misnomer.
Tuning Systems: Learn the history, science and musical math of various tuning systems including 440 and 432.
