Come visit us and experience one of the world’s oldest wellness practices-sound healing delivered by Pittsburgh’s own “Rooted In Sound”.

Using both gongs and therapy grade Himalayan singing bowls “Rooted In Sound” will use sound to create space for a deep meditative state - sending vibrations through your entire body to promote relaxation.

Within this relaxed state attendees report an array of outcomes ranging from deep sleep to a flood of inspired and creative thought.

Participation is limited to 14 people and will take place in our Green Heiress location.
