Using gongs, therapy grade himalayan singing bowls, voice, flutes, and a compliment of instruments; “Rooted In Sound” will use sound to create space for a deep meditative state - sending vibrations through your entire body to promote relaxation.

Within this relaxed state attendees report an array of outcomes ranging from deep sleep to a flood of inspired and creative thought.
