Nada Yoga or Sound Yoga Therapy is the application of Nada Yoga to produce particular results. We use instrumental sound, seed sounds using the voice, chanting, breath work, and movement to promote joy, peace, self-worth, overcoming obstacles, and can even be used as a complementary treatment for many illnesses. This is a very gentle yoga centered on meditation. Some refer to it is at sound acupuncture. The ayurvedic practice has particular sounds, that help support and fortify parts of our body, balance energy centers, uplift our mood, and encourage personal growth.
