You are strolling slowly through a forest with a babbling brook or run and birds gently singing and chirping around you. The wind glides through the trees, the frog chirp in the back ground, a family of ducks are swimming beside you, and you bend down to scoop up some earth, noticing the aroma. You breathe in the air around you that is pungent with life!

Are You Relaxed Yet?

Forest Bathing has been shown in about 20 studies to improve mental and physical health, and it has become a prescribed treatment for stress-related conditions in Japan, according to Kirsten McEwan in the latest CNN Article about Forest Bathing.

Bring water a yoga mat or something you can sit on and easily cary. A tea will be provided for a taste of nature.
