Course Overview:
This comprehensive course offers a progressive journey through the Peter Hess® Sound Massage system, spanning from foundational techniques to advanced therapeutic practices.

Level 1 introduces participants to the core principles of sound massage, teaching how to use therapeutic singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. Students will practice applying sound vibrations on the body, experiencing the profound effects firsthand.

Level 2 builds on Level 1, expanding the focus to the bio-energetic field and the interaction of sound vibrations with the human aura. Students refine their sensitivity to subtle energies and learn advanced techniques for harmonizing and strengthening the aura with specialized bowls and gongs. This level emphasizes mental focus, grounding, and intuitive sound application.

Level 3 advances the skill set by focusing on neuromuscular blockages, particularly in the joints and legs, and introducing new sound massage elements for deeper relaxation and healing. Participants will explore holistic practices such as Chakra Sound Massage and Cosmic Sound Baths, tailoring treatments to individual client needs.

Level 4 prepares students for professional certification, covering both therapeutic techniques and business essentials. This level focuses on leading group sound sessions, creating sound journeys, and addressing complex health issues with individualized treatment plans. Ethical considerations, legal implications, and business setup will also be explored, providing the necessary tools to establish a sound massage practice.

Successful completion of all levels equips participants to offer expert sound massage therapy with the confidence and skills to work with a wide range of clients and settings.
