Course Description:

In this introductory level, students will be introduced to the foundational principles of Peter Hess® Sound Massage. This hands-on course teaches participants how to use therapeutic singing bowls to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and enhance well-being. You’ll learn the basic techniques for administering sound massage, including how to use the singing bowls on the body and experience their effects.


Course Objectives:

  • Understand the history and theory of Peter Hess Sound Massage.

  • Learn the basic techniques for sound massage with therapeutic bowls.

  • Experience and practice sound massage for self-care and private use​.
