  • Crouse Run 2684 Wildwood Road Hampton Township, PA, 15101 United States (map)

You are strolling slowly through a forest with a babbling brook or run and birds gently singing and chirping around you. The wind glides through the trees, the frog chirp in the back ground, a family of ducks are swimming beside you, and you bend down to scoop up some earth, noticing the aroma. You breathe in the air around you that is pungent with life!

Are You Relaxed Yet?

Join us for a guided session allowing us to soak in nature and allow it to heal us.

We will also be combining the sounds of the Singing Bowls with the sounds of this natural setting in this meditation.

Bring water a yoga mat or something you can sit on and easily cary. A tea will be provided for a taste of nature.
